Who can take part
- You have stage I to III HER2-positive breast cancer
- You are currently receiving adjuvant or neoadjuvant HER2 therapy (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, or T-DM1)
- Recent heart testing shows left ventricle dysfunction (lower pumping strength) or symptoms of mild heart failure
- You must NOT be taking both an ACE inhibitor/ARB and a beta-blocker at the same time
- You can’t have severe heart failure symptoms (NYHA class III or IV), very low LVEF (<40%), or low blood pressure (systolic <100)
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding (and must not plan to be)
