Who can take part
- You have a dual-chamber permanent pacemaker or defibrillator
- Your device was implanted within the last 10 years
- You do not have atrial fibrillation found on a standard heart tracing (ECG) or heart monitoring (Holter/telemetry)
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 2 years
- You are not pregnant and not breast-feeding
- You do not have congenital (from-birth) heart disease or inherited rhythm conditions
