Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old and can sign consent in writing
  • You have schizophrenia-spectrum disorder and your consent test score is above 10
  • You still have auditory hallucinations even after trying 2 or more antipsychotic medicines, including at least one newer (atypical) antipsychotic
  • You are followed by a licensed medical/mental health provider (like a psychiatrist, therapist, or nurse practitioner)
  • You can complete the study’s safety screenings, including an epilepsy (seizure) screen and a TMS readiness screen
  • You agree to share contact details for your current providers (and provide two nearby backup contacts the team can reach)
