Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • A clinician has cleared you medically to safely join the study
  • Your spinal cord injury level is between C4 and T10
  • You can move your legs well enough to walk for at least 20 minutes on a treadmill (with partial body-weight support if needed)
  • You can walk about 10 meters without braces/orthotics, or with braces that do not cross your knee
  • No unhealed sores (bedsores), active infections, or serious heart/lung disease
