This trial enrolls teens and adults with biopsy-proven IgA nephropathy to help doctors learn whether a specific care approach works better for high-quality treatment. It is meant for people whose IgA kidney disease is the primary form (not caused by another illness).

Who can take part

  • You have a kidney biopsy that confirmed primary IgA nephropathy (IgAN)
  • You are at least 14 years old
  • Your biopsy sample includes enough kidney filters (at least 8 glomeruli)
  • Your IgA kidney findings are not from another condition like Henoch-Schönlein purpura, lupus, or liver cirrhosis
  • Your kidney function at the time of biopsy is not extremely low (eGFR above 15 ml/min/1.73m²)
