Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and willing to sign a consent form.
  • You must have had a kidney biopsy showing IgA nephropathy within the last 8 years.
  • Your kidneys must be working well enough, with a certain blood test result (eGFR) of 30 or higher.
  • You must have been on standard treatments (like blood pressure medicine) for at least 12 weeks.
  • You must have a high level of protein in your urine, at least 0.75 grams per gram of creatinine.
