Who can take part
- You have had a kidney biopsy confirming IgA nephropathy within the last 8 years.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min/1.73m².
- You have been on a stable dose of an ACE inhibitor or ARB (blood pressure medication) for at least 12 weeks.
- Your urine protein level is high (24-hour UPCR ≥ 0.75 g/g or 24-hour UPE ≥ 1 g/day).
- You have not had any live vaccines within 30 days before the study starts.
