Who can take part
- You are age 14 or older.
- You have a kidney diagnosis confirmed by biopsy: primary IgA nephropathy.
- Your biopsy sample includes at least 10 kidney filtering units (glomeruli) for review.
- Your first kidney biopsy was done within the last 3 years.
- Your kidney filtering function is preserved (eGFR is 60 or higher).
- You (or your parent/legal representative) can understand the study and sign consent.
