Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (at least 60 at diagnosis for most parts of the trial).
  • Your AML matches one of the allowed categories (new/untreated, relapsed, or refractory) and—if required—has the specific gene changes the sub-study needs.
  • You can understand the study and sign written consent (and be able to attend follow-up visits).
  • Your overall body function/labs are within safe ranges for the sub-study (liver, kidney, and blood counts).
  • You do NOT have certain AML subtypes or urgent complications (like acute promyelocytic leukemia or needing immediate treatment for “leukostasis”).
  • You have no major medical problems that would make treatment unsafe or confusing (and certain infections like uncontrolled HIV/hepatitis).
