Who can take part
- You’re at least 18 years old and suspected of having untreated AML or MDS
- You have not had cancer treatment aimed at AML or MDS before (small exceptions may apply)
- You cannot be on other cancer treatment that would be needed alongside this study
- You must be well enough to take part (performance status checked within 28 days)
- You agree to give extra lab samples (blood/bone marrow) for research and allow specimen storage
- You must understand this is a research study and sign consent
