- You’re age 18 or older
- Your cancer has come back (relapsed) or is not responding (refractory), and it matches one of the study’s specific cancer types and subtypes
- You’ve already tried standard treatments for your cancer (the trial requires prior treatment failure in most groups)
- Your organs are strong enough for treatment: blood counts and liver/kidney/clotting tests meet the study limits
- You don’t have active cancer spread in the brain or spinal fluid (no active CNS involvement)
- You can travel for visits, have at least 12 weeks of expected life, and can give blood/other samples for research
