Who can take part
- You can sign consent and complete two study visits first (screening and baseline).
- You’re 18 to 75 years old and have an incomplete spinal cord injury (you still have some function).
- Your spinal injury level is at T10 or higher, with preserved sacral function, and it happened from trauma or a non-progressive cause.
- You’ve had at least 3 months since your spinal injury and finished an in-patient rehab program.
- You can walk at least 10 meters and need some help walking (not fully independent), based on the study’s walking scale.
- You are medically stable, have caregiver support at home, and can safely follow the study plan.
