Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 70 years old.
  • It has been at least 1 year since your spinal cord injury.
  • Your injury is incomplete (some feeling or movement below the injury) and at or above the T10 level (upper back).
  • You can stand with support for at least 5 minutes and walk a little, but not more than a limited distance.
  • You are medically stable and able to attend training and check-ups over the next 6 months or more.
