Who can take part
- You must have AML (relapsed/refractory or certain treatment situations), MDS with more than 10% blast cells, or BPDCN confirmed by a biopsy or bone-marrow test
- Your cancer cells must have enough CD123/IL3RA protein on them, tested by the treatment center within 3 months before starting
- You must be 18 or older
- Your kidneys, liver, and heart function must meet the study’s lab/heart scan limits (the team will check blood tests and an ultrasound/heart scan)
- You must be able to follow the study schedule, attend follow-ups, and sign informed consent
- If you could become pregnant (or are a male partner in this situation), you must use effective birth control during the study and for 2 months after
