Who can take part
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have evidence of hemophagocytosis seen on a tissue or bone marrow test, OR meet HLH criteria in another way
- If not found on tissue/bone marrow, you must have at least 3 of the 8 HLH diagnostic criteria
- Be willing to sign a written consent form to join the study
