Study of t cells in lymphoma patients with HLH

This study looks at specific immune cells (T cells) in people who have a rare condition called Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) together with an aggressive lymphoma. It aims to better understand how these cells behave, which may lead to improved diagnosis or treatment.

Ruxolitinib with reduced chemo for HLH treatment

This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (ruxolitinib) with a less intense version of standard chemo for adults with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). It aims to control the overactive immune response while reducing side effects.

Modified DEP therapy for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)

This trial tests a modified combination of drugs (liposomal doxorubicin, etoposide, and ruxolitinib, with or without a PD-1 inhibitor) for people with HLH. The goal is to see if it helps control the overactive immune response better than standard care.

NCT05936086Recruiting
Testing high-dose cyclophosphamide to treat adult HLH
