- You have lymphoma and you meet at least one HLH warning sign group:
- Either you meet 5 out of 8 standard HLH diagnostic criteria, or
- Your blood tests show both high sCD25 and high ferritin (OHI index positive).
- Your HLH began within 1 month of your lymphoma diagnosis (especially for aggressive lymphoma).
- Your medical records include enough information about your treatment and response for the study.
