Modified DEP therapy for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)

Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytoses

Part of Blood & lymphatic clinical trials.

This trial tests a modified combination of drugs (liposomal doxorubicin, etoposide, and ruxolitinib, with or without a PD-1 inhibitor) for people with HLH. The goal is to see if it helps control the overactive immune response better than standard care.

Ruxolitinib with reduced chemo for HLH treatment

This trial tests a combination of a targeted drug (ruxolitinib) with a less intense version of standard chemo for adults with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). It aims to control the overactive immune response while reducing side effects.

Studying treatment responses in lymphoma-related HLH

This trial looks at how people with lymphoma-related hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) respond to treatment. It aims to better describe expected outcomes and who benefits most, which may help guide future care.

NCT03117010Recruiting
Study of adults with suspected or confirmed HLH

This study follows adults who have findings that suggest HLH, a serious immune problem. It may help doctors better understand the condition by tracking patients over time and comparing symptoms and test results.

Testing adjusted doses of emapalumab and ruxolitinib for HLH

This trial tests two drugs, emapalumab and ruxolitinib, in people with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), a condition where the immune system becomes overactive. The goal is to find the safest and most effective doses of these medications.

Test drug and PD-1 treatment for EBV-related HLH-lymphoma

This trial studies whether a specific treatment (a chemotherapy-based induction plan plus a PD-1 antibody) can improve outcomes in adults with lymphoma-associated HLH caused by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). It aims to better control the overactive immune disease driving HLH and lymphoma.

NCT07339345Recruiting· Phase 2/Phase 3
Testing a combination therapy for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

This trial tests a new combination of medicines (the GO regimen) for people with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) that is either newly diagnosed, has come back, or hasn't responded to other treatments. It aims to see if this approach can help when a stem cell transplant isn't an option right now.
