Who can take part
- You are 18 to 88 years old and have glioblastoma confirmed by pathology
- Your glioblastoma is in the first relapse after surgery, temozolomide, and radiotherapy
- Recent blood tests meet specific targets (white cells, platelets, liver enzymes, and kidney function)
- Your urine protein is under 1 gram in 24 hours (and kidney function is acceptable)
- Your blood pressure is not dangerously high and your heart blood flow problems are stable
- You can take part safely with no recent major bleeding, clot, infection, or certain recent surgeries
