Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of GBM with specific tumor features (not certain other brain tumor types)
  • You can do daily activities fairly well (Karnofsky score 70% or higher)
  • You have not started chemotherapy or radiation yet for your GBM diagnosis
  • You must be able to have MRI scans and enough recent blood-test and liver/kidney function results
  • Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and use reliable birth control
