Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma (GBM) from pathology (biopsy/surgery tissue).
- Your GBM surgery must have been done at the study hospital, with a small reservoir placed under the scalp to collect fluid after surgery.
- You must have had radiation as part of your first treatment, and you must be fully recovered and at least 29 days past surgery.
- You must have at most two recurrences, and the cancer must not have spread outside the brain (or into certain brain coverings/areas).
- You must be well enough for treatment (Karnofsky score 70 or higher) and expected to live more than 12 weeks.
- You must not have had certain prior treatments like Avastin/other anti-VEGF drugs or prior PD-1/PD-L1/CTLA-4 immune drugs.
