Blood test to predict treatment response in glioblastoma

Who can take part

  • You have a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma that has returned after initial treatment.
  • Your tumor is IDH wildtype (a specific genetic type) and has returned.
  • You have already had standard first treatment, which includes radiation and chemotherapy.
  • You are a candidate for a drug called bevacizumab, which is given for recurrent disease.
  • You are able to have MRI scans to monitor your tumor.
  • Your overall health level (KPS score) is 60% or higher, meaning you can care for most daily needs.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
