Who can take part
- You can read, understand, and sign the informed consent form
- You are age 30 up to (but not including) 91
- You have Fuchs endothelial dystrophy, confirmed by the study eye doctor (including special cornea imaging)
- Your eye has an artificial lens placed inside (pseudophakic), with the lens supported in specific ways
- Your vision is 20/40 or worse in the study eye, and the doctor feels the main cause is Fuchs “central guttae,” not cataract or other cornea swelling
- Your cornea endothelial cell count is above 1000 cells/mm², and the outer (peripheral) cornea is clear
