Who can take part

  • You have a strong family history of pancreatic cancer, or a known inherited gene mutation (like BRCA1, BRCA2, ATM, PALB2, or others) plus a close family member with pancreatic cancer
  • You are either age 50 or younger than the youngest relative who had pancreatic cancer
  • Your overall health allows normal activities (performance status 0 to 1)
  • You can safely have an MRI, including having gadolinium contrast if needed, and you have no MRI/contrast restrictions
  • Your kidney function is sufficient (eGFR greater than 29)
  • You agree to consent and return to the study site for required visits and tests
