Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older
- Have signed consent to join the study
- Develop a new left bundle branch block after TAVI that is still present on day 2
- You must not have had a pacemaker or defibrillator before
- You must not have had left bundle branch block or right bundle branch block before the TAVI
- You likely must not already have a strong guideline-based reason for getting a pacemaker right away
