HER2-targeted drug study after kidney/ureter tumor surgery

Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old and willing to sign consent to join the study
- Have had radical kidney-and-ureter surgery for upper tract urothelial cancer with mostly urothelial cancer, allowing mixed urothelial/squamous features
- Your cancer must be staged with no distant spread, such as pT2–pT4 with pN0–pN2 or any T with N1–N2, and any abnormal lymph nodes must be completely removed
- Your tumor tissue test must show HER2 is 2+ or 3+ on immunohistochemistry (a lab stain test for HER2)
- Be healthy enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2) and be able to start the first study treatment within 90 days after surgery (if chosen)
- Not have distant metastases, not have certain other tumor types (pure adenocarcinoma, pure squamous, small cell, or other variants), and not have unresected enlarged lymph nodes
