Tracking tumor DNA to predict relapse after upper kidney cancer surgery

Who can take part

  • You have confirmed upper tract urothelial cancer that is stage T2 to T4 or has lymph node spread, but no distant metastasis
  • You are age 18 or older and willing to sign informed consent
  • After surgery, you received chemotherapy or immunotherapy within about 12 weeks
  • You can have at least two post-surgery liquid biopsy tests (blood/urine) at two time points (T1 and T2)
  • Your health status is generally good (ECOG 0 to 2) and you can follow the study visits
  • You do not have more than one primary cancer, and you do not have a history of bladder cancer
