Who can take part

  • You need a reverse shoulder implant because your rotator cuff is grossly deficient and you have significant joint damage or past implant failure
  • Your shoulder and body structure must be suitable for this specific implant type
  • You must have a working deltoid muscle (the main shoulder muscle that lifts your arm)
  • You should be able and willing to follow study instructions and directions
  • You must not have any serious infection or bone infection (like osteomyelitis) near the implant area
  • You should not have conditions that weaken bone or affect bone growth, such as osteoporosis or osteomalacia
