Who can take part

  • Be age 21 or older
  • Be scheduled for reverse shoulder replacement using the AltiVate Reverse device
  • Have severe arthritis in the shoulder with a badly weak rotator cuff
  • MRI shows your subscapularis tendon is strong enough to repair
  • Be able and willing to follow the study visits, tests, and timing
  • Sign the study consent form
