Who can take part
- Be age 21 or older
- Be scheduled for reverse shoulder replacement using the AltiVate Reverse device
- Have severe arthritis in the shoulder with a badly weak rotator cuff
- MRI shows your subscapularis tendon is strong enough to repair
- Be able and willing to follow the study visits, tests, and timing
