Who can take part
- Be age 60 to under 75
- Have AML that is either “de novo” or “secondary,” and be in complete remission after initial chemotherapy (less than 5% blasts)
- Your leukemia risk group should be intermediate-risk or adverse-risk based on chromosome/molecular testing
- You must not be able to receive the usual standard donor-transplant conditioning treatment (it’s unsafe for you)
- You must not have certain AML types or favorable-risk genetic patterns (trial-specific exclusions)
- You must be able to give signed consent and be able to understand the study; you can’t refuse participation
