Who can take part
- You have AML (acute myeloid leukemia) that is active, meaning your bone marrow has more than 5% leukemia cells or you have leukemia outside the bone marrow
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have a haploidentical donor available (a family member who shares about half your bone marrow genes, typically a parent, child, or sibling)
- Your overall health score (HCT-CI) is 5 or lower, meaning you don't have too many serious health problems
- You are willing and able to follow all study procedures and attend follow-up visits
- You have not been diagnosed with any cancer or blood disorder besides AML
