Who can take part
- Be between 55 and 95 years old
- Have signs of frailty (based on a frailty score between 4 and 7) or an abnormal immune risk profile
- Be able to get plasma through a vein (need working blood access) and agree to study visits/tests
- Have had no major treatments, radiation, or surgery in the last 4 weeks
- Have blood test results within certain safety ranges (for red cells, white cells, platelets, liver, kidney, and bilirubin)
- Have negative blood tests for certain antibodies that could react to plasma (neutrophil antibodies and specific HLA antibody tests)
