This study tests whether a specially designed exercise program can help older adults who are frail or losing muscle strength feel stronger and more independent. The program is run by physical therapists at your usual health center.
This Phase 1/2 study tests whether transfusions of donated plasma can improve frailty and immune function in older adults. It mainly checks safety first, and also looks for signs that the immune system and overall strength may improve.
This trial tests whether a Spanish health-clinic–guided exercise program can improve frailty in people who are starting to become frail (“pre-frail”). It may help you build strength and walking ability through supervised physical activity.
