Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your brain CT scan shows a spontaneous brain bleed (not from an obvious secondary cause like a tumor)
  • You were independent in daily life before the bleed (mRS 0–1)
  • You can start the arm treatment within 12 hours of symptom onset
  • Your initial severity tests fit the study ranges (NIHSS at least 4 and GCS at least 6)
