Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- For healthy volunteers: you should have no history of heart or blood vessel disease (and BMI under 30)
- If you are a patient: you should be medically stable and have not been suspected/diagnosed with coronary artery disease, and you have not had stent or bypass surgery
- You must be able to safely have an MRI (no certain metal implants/foreign bodies) and you must not be pregnant
- You must be able to lie still and hold your breath briefly, and you should be able to tolerate being in a small space
- If the study uses contrast dye: your kidney function must be good enough (GFR 45 or higher), and you must not have a history of allergic reaction to gadolinium dye
