Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a confirmed B-cell or related blood cancer (examples include multiple myeloma, CLL, mantle cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Waldenström macroglobulinemia) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
- Your cancer has come back, is not responding, or you cannot take standard treatments that usually help; for AML, this includes failing standard induction therapy or not being able to have more chemotherapy or a stem cell transplant.
- You expect to live at least 3 months and can do most daily activities (ECOG performance status 0–1 for dose testing, 0–2 for expansion).
- Your heart rhythm test (QTc) is within limits (≤450 ms for males, ≤470 ms for females).
- Your blood counts and organ function are strong enough (enough white blood cells, hemoglobin, and platelets; and adequate kidney and liver function).
