Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older.
- You have T-PLL that has returned or not responded, or you have a confirmed NHL that is relapsed, refractory, or can’t be treated with known helpful therapies.
- You’ve had no chemotherapy or antibody therapy in the 7 days before starting study drugs (some fast-growing cases may use steroids or hydroxyurea until 24 hours before).
- Blood counts and organ health must be adequate (neutrophils, hemoglobin, and platelets must meet minimums).
- You’re well enough to function day-to-day (ECOG score 0–2).
- You can understand the study and sign consent (or your legal representative can).
