Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 50 years old
- Your leg symptoms have been going on for more than 3 months
- You have similar exercise-related pain in both legs (crampy/tight/burning/pressure in the front of the lower leg starting after about 10 minutes)
- Rest helps: most of your pain improves within 30 minutes of stopping exercise
- You have not had previous lower-leg fasciotomy surgery
- Your overall health is not too limited (ASA score is 2 or lower)
