Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Doctors have found evidence that your heart is not getting enough blood (myocardial ischemia).
- Your blockage is in a natural (native) coronary artery and is new (not previously treated).
- The blockage is the right size/shape for one device piece (about 2.5–3.75 mm vessel size; lesion length up to 20 mm).
- You can safely take the required medications (especially aspirin and certain blood thinners) and are able to complete follow-up visits.
- No recent heart attack details or severe heart pumping weakness—your details must fit the study safety cutoffs.
