Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can sign a consent form
- You have stable angina or an acute coronary syndrome, plus an additional stable “bystander” artery blockage that may be treated
- Your heart artery narrowing is suitable for direct stent placement, as your treating team decides
- Your planned heart artery spots can be imaged with an OCT (a special camera on a catheter) during the procedure
- Your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance above 30 ml/min/1.73 m²)
- You can follow the study instructions and have no allergy to cobalt-chromium
