Who can take part
- Your breast cancer is metastatic triple-negative (invasive), confirmed by tumor testing (or you may be consented first if metastasis looks likely).
- Your tumor test shows ER and PR are very low/negative, and HER2 is negative (0–1+).
- Your tumor is PD-L1 negative based on a lab-approved test.
- You have not had prior chemotherapy or biologic treatment for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (and prior taxane chemo must be at least 12 months ago if you had it).
- You can provide a new tumor biopsy for testing (or enough stored tumor tissue), excluding certain sample types like fluid washes or fine-needle aspiration.
