Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- Your tumor does not have a marker called PD-L1 (tested by your doctor).
- You have not had more than one previous treatment for metastatic breast cancer, and you have not had immunotherapy for metastatic disease.
- You are willing to have two biopsies (small tissue samples) taken during the study.
- You have acceptable organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney) based on blood tests.
