Who can take part
- You must be an adult (18 or older) getting a deceased-organ or living kidney transplant
- You must have signed consent to join the study before your transplant
- Your transplant must be a full transplant of the organ(s) (kidney, or kidney+pancreas; liver for liver recipients)
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you cannot join
- You cannot be in another experimental (interventional) study at the same time
- Your transplant team must be able to provide the organ from the study center, and it must not be donated after cardiac death (for the patient part of the study)
