Who can take part
- Be age 20 or older
- Have a history of heart or blood-vessel disease (such as coronary heart disease or peripheral vascular disease)
- You should not have major heart valve problems or a birth-related heart condition
- You should not currently have cancer
- You should not be on immunosuppressive medications (medicines that calm your immune system)
- Your doctor must agree that you don’t have other serious conditions or treatments that could interfere with the study
