Who can take part
- You have neovascular glaucoma (a type of glaucoma caused by abnormal new blood vessels)
- Your eye pressure is above 21 mmHg and you are recommended for trabeculectomy surgery
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your vision is at least “hand motion” (you can see a hand moving)
- You have new blood vessel growth on the iris or angle (NVI or NVA)
- You can sign consent and come back for all follow-up visits
