Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed genetic test showing SCA7.
- You should not have abnormal heart rhythm problems (cardiac arrhythmias).
- You should not have significant blood or blood-forming problems (hematologic diseases).
- Your liver tests must not be more than 1.5 times above normal (based on ALT, AST, and bilirubin).
- If you can become pregnant, you must agree to use contraception during the study.
- You cannot be breastfeeding during the study.
