Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old
- You have moderate-to-severe alcohol use disorder (AUD)
- You have PTSD diagnosed by a clinician and symptom scores on CAPS-5 (or meet the study’s PTSD rules on a CAPS-5 interview)
- In the last 30 days, you had enough heavy drinking (at least 4 days for women, 5 days for men)
- You want to cut down or stop drinking
- You can consent, provide contact details, and confirm you have stable housing
