  • You have been diagnosed with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).
  • Your tennis elbow did not improve with non-surgical care, such as physical therapy, activity changes, or anti-inflammatory treatment.
  • The condition is in your current elbow that you’re considering treatment for.
  • You have not had surgery on the same elbow before.
