This study tests whether a special energy-based therapy (called capacitive and resistive energy transfer) can reduce pain and improve function in people with tennis elbow—a common overuse injury of the outer elbow. You'll receive this non-invasive treatment and have your progress tracked over time.

Who can take part
- Have tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) with outer elbow pain for at least 6 weeks
- Age 18–65 years old
- Pain and tenderness on only one elbow (not both)
- Pass at least two specific elbow-pain tests (Cozen's, Mill's, or Maudsley's test)
- No recent injections, physical therapy, or strong pain medications in the past 3 months
- No history of elbow fracture, surgery, or significant medical conditions like heart disease, cancer, or blood-clotting problems
