Who can take part
- Be between 6 and 17 years old
- Have a Tourette syndrome diagnosis by standard criteria
- Have tic severity high enough (Yale tic score of at least 20) at screening and before treatment
- Be able to receive the washed microbiota transplant (WMT)
- Not have certain brain or serious health problems (like brain tumors, stroke, major organ failure, or serious heart disease)
