Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign a consent form before any study steps.
- You have renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) that has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV).
- Your tumor or your body fluids show a DNA repair gene mutation in a specific list (like BRCA1/2, PALB2, ATM, CHEK2, and others).
- You previously had treatment that blocks blood vessels or an immune checkpoint inhibitor, and your cancer can be measured on scans.
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests are within required ranges, and you have enough life expectancy (at least 16 weeks).
- You have no previous treatment with a PARP inhibitor (including olaparib).
