Who can take part
- You are age 19 or older, and able to give informed consent
- Your cancer is biliary tract adenocarcinoma (cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder cancer) and is advanced or cannot be removed by surgery
- Your cancer has a confirmed DNA repair gene mutation (from a specific test using targeted exome sequencing)
- You finished at least 16 weeks of first chemotherapy with platinum medicines for advanced disease
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1) and you have enough organ function based on recent blood/heart tests
- You are not currently in other treatment studies (and can follow medication rules, including avoiding certain interacting drugs)
